One group of rather prolific thieves manage though and make a living by doing what most can't. But there are some Artefacts that aren't locked away because they are valuable. Some are locked away because they could bring all of reality to its knees.
From the moment they are hatched, wings or not, their heart's desire is to reach Grecisin, so now with the recent Council ruling that it was all just a myth has left everyone confused.
